Sand Mosaic Photobook
Sand Mosaic is bright and light: shots fill the page right to the edges, and the thin gaps between them are the colour of warm sand. A pale seam does not cut the photos apart as sharply as a dark colour would, it just gently keeps them in order. It suits bright, cheerful photos: moments at home, a child's first years, portraits of loved ones and days on the beach.
The rhythm of the album comes from busy pages full of small shots and calmer ones where a large photo has plenty of space. Chapter titles sit on sand-coloured tiles in a dark brown serif typeface that reads clearly without feeling heavy. We print the photobook on 200gsm photo paper and bind it in a hard laminated cover, where a sand-coloured tile with the title completes the mosaic.
